We offer a 10-year structural guarantee, which covers all structural panels, but doesn’t include roofing or electrics. The guarantee also does not cover water ingress, which would be due to a fault in installation. For more details see our Terms and Conditions

Yes, our friendly driver will help you to offload, but we require 2 people to receive the delivery.

Our garden rooms can be built on our simple Foundation Kit which can be added as an additional upgrade (More information on request) or on a DIY concrete base (not supplied)

Your garden room kit includes the structure, roof, windows & doors with your chosen internal finishing. The kit will include all necessary screws, foam and adhesives.

You will need at least 2 people to build your garden room. You should then be able to build your structure within 1 day.

Yes the delivery cost is included

Yes, although there may be an increase in delivery cost for the furthermost places of the UK such as the Scottish Isles & Isle of Man.

Yes you can install electrics into your Pent Haus. We supply an electrical pack as an upgrade that will enable you to do this. Our SIP panels have unique preformed channels and pre-cut sockets in each panel enable you to run the cables discretely.

If ordering your own wiring it is very important to order wiring which is compatible with eps insulation.

Electrics should be installed by a competent person and any connection to the mains by a fully qualified electrician.   Your electrician will be able to issue you with a Part P certificate to confirm that the install is safe to use.

This is not something we include in our garden room kits and will have to be something you arrange separately and with utilities suppliers.
